📦 Returns

  • Return period: We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received by the customer.

  • Product condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with intact tags, and in the same condition in which they were received.

  • Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. MYLISA LLC does not cover transportation, handling, or insurance fees related to the return of the product.

  • Return process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, providing your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process step by step.

💸 Refunds

  • No refunds: Due to internal policies, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Approved returns will be processed only through product exchange or store credit for future purchases, subject to case evaluation.

  • Restocking fees and store credit are not applicable for Klarna purchases.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • Returns are not accepted for items on sale, clearance, or with special discounts.

  • White items, with lace, stones or embroidery will not change. No exceptions
